This is cute as you do not allow a comment with more than 100 characters to be sent via e-mail!

The two (2) mounting screws, color grey for the weatherproof plate used to secure the photo cell to outdoor light control product code 758FPCT are not manufactured to specification. Namely the screw's straight groove on the top are not deep enough to engage the screwdriver to turn and bite into the screws. May I suggest you add a quality control step in your manufacturing process that evaluates whether or not the devices( all of them ) meet specifications. This assumes that you have a specification of course. For all I know the screw will twist off in its body as many of the Chinese brass screws do because they are molded - not turned and made by craftsmen! If the firm that makes the photo cells in Trinidad cannot make screws, or your source in China is inferior, why not have them made in the USA!!! Go figure. I am frankly getting very tired of providing free consulting for shoddy merchandise that does not do the job and is brought here from outside the USA. I am not impressed with references to 5 year warranties.

As it has very fashionable not to answer customer queries - and product/process improvements)I shall post the matter and your firms name on my blog should I not get a satisfactory explanation as to what is causing these very basic production issue(s).

The product was purchased at Home Depot which said I should contact you..

Disappointed
